We are pleased to offer a returns collection service to all customers for any purchase that complies with our Returns Policy.
The service is free for returns.
You have 15 days from the date you receive the order to make any return.
PLEASE follow these steps to request a return;
1) Write an email to email@example.com indicating the order number, the garments you wish to return and the reason. We will inform the transport company so that they can contact you and agree on a date and time for collection. For this reason it is important that you provide us with your mobile phone
2) Prepare your package with the documents included in your order. If return documentation is not included, please let us know and we will email it to you . firstname.lastname@example.org
3) Place the item(s) with all original packaging inside the Yusty box and make sure the security tag is in place.
4) The courier company will place a label outside the box when you go to pick it up.
5) As soon as we receive the order and confirm that everything is in perfect condition, we will give the return order to the bank.
Please note that returns shipments must be made through the same transport agency as the original shipment (MRW).
We will only accept returns from the country where the shipment was made in the first instance.
You can follow the return of your package with our carrier using the tracking number that the transport agency sends you.
Returned items must comply with our return policy:

· We will only accept returns from the countries where the order was originally shipped.
· You have 15 days from the date you receive the order to make any return.
· We ask that you return all items in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging and without tampering with the security label. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned items that do not meet these conditions.
· Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original brand boxes and protective bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer shipping box.
· When trying on shoes, be careful not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.
· We do not accept returns of swim trunks, socks or men's underwear.
If you would like to exchange an item for another, please return the original item and place a new order.
The refund will be made once our team has received and reviewed the items. Once your return has been accepted by us, your refund will be completed via the original method of payment. Please note that refunds may take several days to process, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
All products leaving our warehouse have been thoroughly checked and our goal is to deliver each package in excellent condition. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at email@example.com to find a suitable solution or follow the RETURNS PROCESS to request a return
